Has anybody purchased from Link hidden: Login to view before?

I just used their online chat help and everything seems very professional. They're obviously not your traditional wholesaling site, but I like the way they give you a quote for international shipping and also a separate quote for how much all the taxes and import duties are, so your price includes everything! Rather than items turning up and you needing to pay the post man another

I don't know if I'd deal with them for a business... I mean, they've kind of gone commercial. They run TV ads in the US all the time. The money to pay for those ads has to come from somewhere, which means inflated prices.

Yeah thats what I was meaning by saying there not really a 'wholesaler' in the traditional sense. However Im thinking of buying some knife sets from them - I can get 10 shipped to the UK at an overall rate including shipping of

i love that place......i have never had any probles with them. if you check there clearence bins every now and then you find some really good stuff to resell.

i signed up to auction off there site but havent done one yet. I didnt even know they had an auction site..and it was cheaper than ebay. (not as much traffic tho) but maybe it will be in the future.

I agree they have some very interessting items. But the international shipping fees are quite high (to switzerland in my case). It is almost additional 50% of the cart total.

The curious thing is that it doesn't matter if you order 1 item or 20 items, the fees per unit is still the same.

Another annoying thing is that they don't ship every item to europe. I spent several hours to browse their catalog and added items to the cart... and finally I saw that half of the products are not available outside the USA... I would be nice if you could filter all products to see only products that are available worldwide.

Maybe you should send them an email saying that. Most websites want to make things easier for people to navigate... the easier the site is, the more likely you are to purchase. Send them some feedback on it.

Well I made an order, was told to expect a confirmation email within 24hrs and still haven't 4 days later. Contacted them asking what was happening and received no response to that either.

Not very impressed. Will try their live help on Monday to find out is going on.

No Overstock isn't that kind of company. They are a more commercial style wholesaler that sells items individually or in small bulk quantities.

I've purchased from overstock before. Be very carefull when reading the listing. They'll post pictures on the listing then you get your order and it turns out nothing like whats pictured. Then you go back and read the fine print and find out the hard way.
