The only negative feedback we have received from members is in regards to very slow customer service response times. This seems to be a reoccurring theme with the past reports we have received regarding this supplier.
Sadly, they aren't on their own in that department, many suppliers, for whatever reason, seem to not put a lot of value on high customer service value.
Perhaps calling them rather than emailing may well be the best way to avoid any service delays.
