I've also noticed that on their American mirror site, if you scroll down the page, the product "GPS Tracker Locator for Car Vehicle w/ Free Mobile Apps Google Map, 5000mAh Battery - Black" (if you click on it) for example, takes you to a page that states free shipment to USA via air icon in 24 hrs. Given that they do not do e-packet shipping, it's kind of hard to believe you can receive it that fast, since it appears that it is being shipped from China and not the U.S., unless this is some type of misinformation because of language difficulties. And I did ask if they had e-packet shipping and was told they do not have e-packet.
