OK, thanks for giving more detail.
Two points to cover there, but let me start by clearing up what may be a misconception. You originally mentioned Wholesale, but now I notice you mention drop-shippers. Just to clarify, there is a big difference between wholesale pricing and drop-ship pricing. Wholesale prices are based on volume purchasing, so you are rewarded on price for purchasing stock upfront. Drop-shipping of course provides no volume purchasing, so those same wholesale discounts are available.
In regards to your first point, that everything you have looked up is cheaper on Amazon. Yes, that's something you will find, but the problem is that you don't really know what you are looking at. Are you actually comparing apples with apples, for example are you looking at items on Amazon that have been purchased at wholesale price and then comparing them to a drop-ship supplier price.
This is something that many people do, but of course if someone has purchased products at wholesale, then no drop-shipped price is ever going to compete. Another issue you can find is are you looking at products that someone is trying to make money on or are they using Amazon as a marketing funnel and running loss-leader deals to draw traffic.
In these cases you are going to be finding prices even lower than wholesale. These are people taking a loss to simply generate traffic that they can then market their products to of Amazon. It's a very popular marketing technique that you will find on multi-seller platforms like Amazon and eBay.
Then you have to also add into the mix, actual wholesaler themselves using the platforms to see public direct. Again, quite popular for many suppliers to do now because of the traffic these sites offer.
So you always have to be careful when comparing prices, without knowing what is behind that advertised price in detail, it's impossible to draw an accurate comparison between a seller's price and a suppliers price.
In regards to your second point, our lab results are generated directly from eBay in the USA. They aren't linked in any way to our verified suppliers. Data from the lab results is of course fluid, it changes, so we ca't base our supplier verification criteria on what the current lab results show. By the time we went through the verification process those lab results will be out of date.
If you find results through our lab and can't match them to any supplier, then we welcome you to contact Link hidden: Login to view with your purchasing request in as much details as you can provide us and the support team will then do their best to find you supplier leads to follow up with.
I hope that provides some clarification on those two points for you..
Cheers
