Dropshipping on Banggood

Hello,

I recently ordered some things on Banggood. I noticed if I wasnt logged in and I chose some items it showed me an option for a tracking number. But if I was logged in and picked items to drop ship, I didnt get that option. I do choose the 6-9 day delivery time but even with the 7-20 i still didnt get that. How will I track this package for customer? I ordered from a canada warehouse but live in states. Also I played around with it and pretended to order from the states ans still no tracking number. People prolly gonna be asking me for that.

This is jessica from banggood .Refer to your question ,could you please PM some example that no option for tracking number after your login ? Normally ,it should be the same for shipping method and tracking number for both dropshiper and normal customer. So,hope you can offer us some example so that we can check what happen.
