Service provider that fulfills product shipping and returns

Can you recommend a third party company that I can send products to, and they pack and sends it to an address I tell them?

Like fullfilment service.

Amazon offer a fullfilment service, but you can just type fullfilemnt service into Google and you'll get plenty of options you can follow up with.

I want to work with company that if costumer want to return product, I tell him to send the item to the third party company, and than from there , the company will send to the supplier.

Do you know good company to work with it?

That's an interesting question, I'm assuming that if you use a fulfillment service to ship to customers for you then you may well also be able to use them for your customers to ship back to as well. That said, you would have to speak to the service provider to make sure they would do that and if they did, then I'm sure that would come with an extra service fee to you.

So I guess the question is why not just have your customer ship directly to the supplier to save yourself any extra costs?

Ok. Because I have a few supplier and Amazon give me just ONE address to return product.

So I prefer to work with third party company and the return address is the company's address

It's a bit of a sticky situation really. This thing about Aamazon only providing customers with a single return address isn't designed for dropshipping quite clearly. You can get yourself a US address where they will forward all your mail internationall, but that is usually to only a single address. About your only option is going to be using one of those address services and seeing if you can get them to deliver to multiple addresses and you may even end up in a position where you need to use individual accounts per suppliers .... that's certainly not going to be cheap.

Sorry, I really have no idea who is going to provide a multiple service like that.

All I can suggest is that you look at mail forwarding companies in the US to see if any of them will forward to multiple addresses. If they don't, then as I said, you will have to open multiple accounts with one to cater for each supplier and that is going to get very expensive.

Just look for "US Mail Forwarding Companies" in Google, you'll find plenty and you can start narrowing them down form there.

That's the US Postal Service, they'll send packages to anywhere they are addressed to, but that doesn't help you with your problem of only having the one address for people to return products to. You need an actual mail forwarding company to do that, for example companies like Link hidden: Login to view are who you need to be looking at.
