2,about tracking number ,standard shipping without tracking number ,it show on shopping cart when you place order ,what you get the number is the Shipping serial number,not tracking number ,I am sorry that our live chat did not explain well to you . if you want to check the tracking information ,you can contact our dropship team and we will help you to check the order with order ID. but for this question,we will consider if we need to move out the Shipping serial number when customer choose standard shipping in the future
3, about “Item not Received”. as I did not have your order ID and dropship account ,I can not help you to find out what 's wrong about this order ,if possible ,could you please offer me your dropship account and order ID for check? If determine that lost the package due to our logistical problems, we will refund to our customer
