I've sent payment Andi have not received my product. Of course they have gone quiet once they got my money. Has anyone dealt with them before?

I will dm you the information. I got a mass email today saying that one of the owners, Bruce, has passed way. Very sad to hear but it certainly puts customers who paid for product in limbo. I still haven't received a direct email regarding the payment that I sent last week. Not really sure what the next course of action is at this point since I can't get the remaining owner to respond to my emails.

OK,we've got those details and Shane is going to follow up for you. Given the untimely death of a partner there, it might take a few days to get some action.

For all other members, please be advised that we have now temporarily suspended this supplier from the directory until we can confirm what the current and ongoing trading status of this business is going to be.

Shane works in admin support, she will notify you personally as soon as we have information for you. In the meantime, did you happen to pay by credit card or PayPal at all?

Unfortunately it was done by wire transfer. What recourse do i have in this situation? Can the bank handle it through their fraud protection? Not saying they are a fraud, but at this point i just need my 7k back.

No recourse at all that I know of with wire transfers, once the cash is gone, it's gone. Leave it with us, we've never had an issue with this supplier in the past and with the untimely death of one of the partners I'm sure it's a confusing time for them and while it's not ideal for customers, business probably isn't the prime focus just at the moment.

Give us a couple of days and we'll see if we can get the mess sorted out for you.

Just thinking here, but it might be worth calling your bank and asking if that wire has actually gone through. That is of course assuming that it is a bank wire we're talking about here and not a wire company. That said, hard to imagine after this amount of time that it wouldn't have cleared already, but it can't hurt to follow up with your bank just to clarify.

I called the banker i dealt with at the branch. Due to the east coast storms she isn't in the office today. I'll see what she can do once I get a hold of her.

This is the email that I got from Bobby of overstocknation/brandywine liquidators. It appears that he is intent on stealing my money. I need to handle this as a fraud case with wells fargo. Any advice you have would be helpful.

I am no longer an employee of Brandywine Liquidators LLC and cannot communicate for Brandywine Liquidators and Overstock Nation beyond what I shared with you on January 6 2016.

OK, we haven't had any response to our past two attempts to contact them. We don't have any information on Bobby Tebo, Bruce (the one that has died) is who we have on the contact information. We're going to follow up with Brandywine now, see if we can get some response through them to clarify.
