How I write a Returns and Exchanges Policy (Return Policy) That Sells?

I need some ideas on how to create a good policy?

Hi Mayra,

A return's policy is really just about what conditions you will accept returns under, if any. For example, how many days does a customer have to return the item, what basis do you accept returns and so on.

You really just have to formulate the conditions and terms of which you will accept returns if you are going to accept returns and only you yourself should decide those.

The best return and exchange policy that you can have is the one the protects you and your business and at the same time, that one that you can execute.

There could be some legal provisions that you have to watch out that protects consumer rights but nonetheless, if you don't know where to start, you may take a look at some's R&E Policy being carried out by others,
