This is my return policy. I offer free shipping. The products are heavy and shipping costs an average $15. I don't think I can afford free returns. Sometimes a customer returns an item scratched or damaged or did not re-pack it properly. What do you think of my return policy?
How do I return an item?
BalanceBikeOutlet.com will not accept unauthorized returns, please contact BalanceBikeOutlet.com to obtain a return authorization number. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from BalanceBikeOutlet.com, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and products purchased with our free shipping offer will be credited less our original shipping cost.
All items being returned must be in new condition, never assembled, used or played with, in the original box and with the manufacturers packaging or a restocking fee of 20% will apply. If there are damaged or missing parts upon receipt of your order, the manufacturer will send the replacement part(s) or item(s) at no additional cost.
