Alright, newbie here. I am just starting to open accounts with wholesalers, and I've just run across one where they're asking for trade references on a Credit Application, as well as wanting me to fill out a resale certificate for their state.
My questions:
1. Is the "their state" resale cert normal? Should I just do it?
2. What should I do about the trade reference thing? For the time being I'm only planning on using a drop shipping model, so I'm likely not going to purchase much via wholesale.
I have not yet talked to them on the phone, and I wanted to get some advice first.
