Custom design/private label Tshirt dropship suppliers needed

Hi there, I'm new to this site.

I was just wondering if SaleHoo have any Custom Design & Private labelling Tshirt suppliers that do DropShipping. I'm keen to start on business that i can use my own logo and design implemented on the T-Shirt while the suppliers are able to do the dropship as well.

I have one more concern, i was wondering why did this supplier charge monthly fees? As far as i'm concern, i thought dropshipping do not charge monthly and instead, charge by shipping.

Urbanload has to be one of the most confusing dropship programs of all time. I honestly think I could make some serious money from this site, but their communication is horrible and their site is worse than most generic chinese custom gift sites....

I have been trying to contact them for 3 days... nothing. So I tried to understand their "silent" instructional demo's, **palm to forehead**
