How to restart selling on eBay?

got sick at the end of November, ended up in hospital for 3 weeks, still off work, lost heaps in sales due to this, had to refund lots of sales.

I did end up putting the ebay store into holiday mode, then closed it altogether.

now my supplier is asking me to come back, she wants me to list mainly one line of products.

what to do, I would like to come back, problem is, my ebay profile is 90% positive due to buyers not receiving products due to me being in hospital, lesson there is to make sure you have a backup person to run your ebay store.

I do have another ebay account which is 100% but with only about 5 feedbacks.

suggestions people..

Also with ebay getting real greedy now.

Sorry to hear about your illness mate, that's not good news at all. Sounds like you should have gotten that store set to holiday mode a little quicker, eBay buyers aren't a very understanding mob.

90% positive isn't a perfect platform to come back on, especially since all of your latest feedback with be top heavy with negs due to the situation. I would personally go with the newer account and work on building it back up again. You built your current account up from nothing, so you know how to do it effectively.
