Interesting result for SaleHoo lol, we'll get in contact with them and see why on earth that rating has been given. I really don't know how they grade their ratings to be honest, but looking at our own, then I suspect it's not based on good reliable information.
I usually just enter the URL and type scam after it for a Google search. That will usually bring up all sorts of reviews for you to take into consideration. I prefer to look at other people's experiences, rather than just use something like Scam Advisor. That way I can work out if the compliant is valid or if the person is just venting without any serious cause and then I can make my judgement based on that. Better Business Bureau is always good to check with, as well as a whois check through someone like

Just remember, bad news travels fast, good news rarely travels at all. Meaning that no one can ever wait to spray bad news around about something, but if they are happy with something, that will hardly ever get a mention. So no matter what company you research, the chances are that you will always find far more bad reviews then good ones. The secret is that you just have to learn to balance all of them to make anything from them all.
