Before I run through some info on rules and navigation of the forum, if you have just signed up as a full member, but are unable to access the supplier directory or any part, please try logging out, clearing your browser's cache and back into your account once more. This should resolve the issue for you, however if the problem remains, please PM me or Link hidden: Login to view and they'll get the issue resolved asap.
How to use the forum
There are two ways to post on the forum, depending on whether you wish to make a new post or reply to an existing post.
To start a new thread (make a new post), click on the category that best fits the topic you are going to post about and then click on the green "Start a New Topic" button at the top middle portion.
In the subject box, enter your title post in sentence case. Make sure your title correctly describes your post/topic and uses punctuations accordingly.
In the large box below you can add your concerns or issues in detail.
Tick the "Notify me when a reply is posted" box if you want to be emailed when someone replies to your post.
When you are ready to send your post to the forum, scroll down and click the "Submit" button at the bottom.
To reply to an existing post, click on the topic you wish to reply to, and scroll to the bottom and type in your reply. Click the "Submit" button once done.
Using the PM feature
To use the Private Message option, under a members avatar you will see their SaleHoo ID, displayed as a blue. Click on the member's forum username and that will lead you to their profile page where you will be able to contact them privately.
Forum posting rules
We have Link hidden: Login to view that we expect everyone to respect and abide to, so please have a thorough read. Especially important for members considering marketing their products and/or services to other members here on the forum. We do have strict, monitored and enforced rules about non-directory approved suppliers NOT allowed to do any form of selling and/or marketing on our forums.
