My knowledge is that you can only have a linked Paypal account associated with one username on eBay. I tried this years ago separating business lines but could not get it to work.

Hello,I want to get as much as I can out of ebay. I'm doing pretty well on ebay so far and getting more successful by the auction, been wanting to do the dropshipping aspect of it but here's my deal.The type of selling I do now is mostly auction and some Buy It Now's what I do is cruise yard sales,flea markets,thrift stores,etc. & and pick all sorts of money making items,collectables,designer items,& so on & so on and I really enjoy it, the only downside is listing. I plan in the future to build my own website around both of these areas,the problem is what i'm doing now I have a really cool name for the business stemming from the picking aspect of it( name not copyrighted yet) I do use it (limited) and have gotten some rave reviews on it, seems to be real catchy.Dropshipping does not relate to this at all.My question is Does ebay allow another account with different username but with same account info as the other as far as shipping address,bank account,credit card #'s,PayPal info, etc. so I could come up hopefully with a name for this part as cool as the one I have now? Thank You.

Yes, you can have multiple eBay accounts all linked to the one PayPal account if you want. You can also have two PayPal accounts, one personal and one business account as well.

Hi Thomas and welcome to the forum,

They may have changed their rules sometime after your inquiry Thomas, but I've had three eBay accounts all hooked to the one PayPal account operating at the same time, no issues.

As you only have the option of having two PayPal accounts only, it wouldn't make sense for eBay to allow more than two accounts because any more than that would be rendered useless if you had to have a PayPal account for each one and I'm not aware of any set eBay account limitations personally.

Very simple

When you are initiating a new eBay account, simply use the same PayPal account id where PayPal id details are requested to complete.

To be honest, it's been so long since I opened any PayPal account, I can't remember any of the required details lol. PayPal itself will have the requirements openly displayed for you, so easy to check ahead of time.
