Search limits on the Market Research Lab

Good Morning SaleHoo!

I've been subscribing to SaleHoo for only about a week and am based in Australia. so far it's been a bit disappointing that the majority of suppliers are US based especially considering that SaleHoo is a New Zealand company.

I particularly enjoy the Market Research Lab feature however I have a couple of questions.

1. Is it possible to extend your weekly searches beyond thirty,? I'd happily pay a slightly higher subscription for an unlimited number of searches and product comparisons.

2. Are there any plans to enlist more Australian suppliers.?

Hi Adrian and welcome to the forum.

There is nothing we can do about the search limit just at the moment, but that issue is being looked at. In regards to more Australian suppliers, we are actively listing suppliers each week from multiple countries, but it's an application process to get into our directory because we have to verify the suppliers as being safe to trade with for our members.

So if the companies don't make application to be verified, we are unable to just ad them to the directory.

Thanks Fudjj for the prompt reply.

I have to admit that even after a week I've found two suppliers carrying my product line that I'm already in discussion with so I can't fault the quality of the suppliers you've signed up to date.

I look forward to a fix regarding the search limit in the near future.
