You will almost never be able to source 'cutting edge' stuff wholesale - retailers have no overstock because of demand. There's no reason to push to liquidation and other channels, thus meaning the smaller wholesalers and dropship companies are unlikely to have any either.
In electronics, particularly in hardware, what you want to focus on is the "outgoing" product, the thing that is being replaced. There will be tons of them on the secondhand and liquidation/overstock markets, generally very cheap, and the opportunity to cash in those systems is great.
Xbox one isn't even supposed to drop until tomorrow . Who on earth would bother selling one for less than top dollar, when people are lined up around the corner to buy them at the shop? PS4 launched a week ago, and sold more than 1 million units at retail on day one -- why would anybody discount them to a secondary market?
It will be May-June of 2014 before any serious quantities of these systems are available via liquidation and small wholesalers, maybe some dropshippers, aside from those who come to market early with absurdly high prices.
