Google Maps is a little out of date, but the building that is listed as Factory Liquidations' address appears to be abandoned and not suited for the purpose of merchandise warehousing anyway. Across the street from the building is Mid-Georgia Commercial Tires; you might consider giving them a call and asking about the building across the street, whether it's vacant or whatever.
