sorry but I feel compelled to comment. though I'm still relatively new to SaleHoo, I have found that the staff has been incredibly helpful and informative, especially Richelle, Marc, and Irene. You all are great. Sorry Scarlett, but I think if you give them a chance, you'll find that the staff will go above and beyond to make things right for you. I'd say give them another chance... :)
