SaleHoo Research Lab - your assistance needed

Is there some guidance available on using the Research Labs tool? I typed in generic terms like "beach chair" and "shoes" but didn't receive any hits at all. But when I went into my eBay account and did the same search, I received numerous hits. Does the search string have to be more specific, e.g. "Nike S-10 running shoes" for example? Also, I didn't realize that you are limited to a 10 search limit per day. Thank you for any help that is available.

I just tried your keywords and I was able to generate results - Link hidden: Login to view Not sure what happened on your end. Kindly try clearing your cache and doing your search once more.

Yes each member can only do 10 searches per day but this will usually refresh 24hours after your last search. Our developers are currently working at how you our members can do more than 10 searches per day.

Thank you Richelle. Is there any way that you know of where I could do a reverse search? in other words is there a way to find out what items have a 70% sell-through rate, a 60% sell-through rate and so on, instead of searching just on an item title? Just curious if this is available.

That would be a great way to do our research! Unfortunately there is no way to do that on the SaleHoo Research Lab... I'm also not sure if there is a tool out there that can do it reverse research technique.

Hello! I just want to add that I am having the same problem. I put in a search term for a certain kind of backpack (into the research labs search bar), and received no hits. But on Ebay, I received many. Hopefully, it's just a glitch.
