How to get tax ID in Spain

Hello!

I'm a newbie in online commerce

I've looked dropshipers in USA. but they ask me for a tax ID.

I am not a company, I'm just a private seller.

I would like to know how to get a tax ID in Spain, I have read on some websites that Spain is the tax ID as the DNI (national identity domument)

Hello and welcome, klandes :)

Been searching high and lo but I can't seem to find a direct link to where you can register for a VAT ID (impuesto sobre el valor aÃ±adido) in Spain. Although I did read that VAT ID registration cannot be done voluntarily, rather your income/business need to be assessed prior to applying for VAT.
