Java Scripts

trying to list something with a video clip included, ebay are saying that java scripts are not allowed, no idea what they are on about??

JavaScripts are not allowed in eBay listings due to the potentail JS has for browser exploitation. It's possible that your embed code either contains JS, or is being mistaken for it by eBay's interface -- if it doesn't contain JS send a snippet of the code to support along with information about the error you're getting.

problem there is it takes them to youtube and they see all the others.

1) Go to the Youtube Video you want

2) Click Share Button Below the Video (It expands a screen below)

3) Click the embed tab

4) Tick Box at the bottom that says Use old embed Code

4) Now copy and paste the code in your listing where you want to display it

That should take care of any java script issues for you. Of course make sure your eBay description box is set to HTML
