Salehoo Stores - How to update my current plan?

how do you change the plan, I am not using it but don't want to lose it yet

Hi T0pSales,

You can downgrade (or upgrade) your SaleHoo Stores subscription by going to Link hidden: Login to view

Please make sure that you are logged in to your SaleHoo account when you do.

Yes, it does if you are not logged in to your SaleHoo account. So kindly make sure that you login to SaleHoo, once logged in please visit the link provided in my previous post.

I tried the process yesterday and today, it is working. I am able to see the option to downgrade under Basic and Standard as I am subscribed to Premium just like you.

when you click downgrade it takes you to the payment screen and prompts you for the payment.

Yes, it does. This is so you will be locked in to the new plan you wish to use.

But please note that once you downgrade you will no longer have access to the special price locked in to your current plan.

but I have just paid 1 month on the old plan, that special price will disapear soon anyway.

Actually for everyone who availed of our special offer, the membership fee for stores are locked in at $47 for a Premium plan SaleHoo Stores.

So once you downgrade you will forfeit the special rate.
