I REALLY hate resorting to public forum, but it appears the only way to contact Salehoo.
I need to speak to someone on the phone regarding problems associated with the stores product.
Quite clearly on the advertising for the stores it says:
We will always have an answer to you within 12 hours (and usually MUCH sooner than that). We also have a toll-free number you can use to get instant answers for any Stores-related issues.
Now I don't care if it's toll free or not, I am in Australia - but I want my store fixed, I'm not paying $$$ / mth for something that doesn't work.
