The site seems legit and quite well put together. Although they are relatively new, just barely a little over a year old. They do accept PayPal and offer wholesale drop shipping services. I tried searching for any negative posts about them on other forums - so far I found none. But still do be careful.
Please avoid buying anything branded from them - remember that 9 out of 10 times anything branded from China is either a copy, a fake, or a knock-off. Also, if you will buy from them try buying the cheaper items, that way your risk for loss won't be that much.
