hey my name is ken and i found me a good supplier in: xbox 360, playstion 3, ipods, and you tell me what you want i can see how much it cost. You will be talking to me but will send money to him. im not going to get in trouble when he dont send product. you would then deal what him. i think he is real b/c we talk for hours and he is like a broker and he is located in NC state. he accepts alertpay, credit card, and etc. if you are interest please tell me. thank you

If he is telling you he can get the PS3 now, he's lying. If he says he will take pre-orders but needs your money up front, don't do it. We'll be seeing a lot of scammers making a lot of money in the next four months with the PS3.

Only $2000-5000? That's quite a spread. Unless your contact is Wal-Mart, Best Buy, or someone along those lines, there is very little chance he will have access to these consoles in November. Keep in mind that Sony has announced they have moved the European launch back from November 17 to March 2007 because of shortages in Blu-Ray drives. They are going to focus solely on the US and Asian markets for 2007. This means that supply is going to be tight, just like the XBOX 360 last year, and only the biggest players are going to be able to get them before Christmas.

I hope we are not going to see a repeat of people getting screwed like we did on the Xbox 360. Please people use some common sense and do some research on the PS3. There is going to be a limited supply of these. They have just recently went into production and they are going to released right before Christmas. There are no brokers or wholesalers out there that will have access to these. Just like in the previous post, only the big companies like Wal-Mart and Best Buy are going to have these and still they will be very limited.

Sounds great! Keep your fingers crossed that he gets them. I hope you used a credit card for your down payment??? Please do not say it was a wire transfer.

yes i paid with a credit card so if i never hear from the supplier i can do a chargeback. if any1 want ps3 60gb for $460 each unit min of 10, xbox 360 for $310 each unit min of 10 units, or nintendo wii for a deposit for $50 each unit min of 10 units. thank you

I paid the deposit at FYE and Sam Goody several months ago and am close to the top of the list on both. I'm hoping this works out like the XBOX 360's last year - I got in line at the local Wal-Mart at 3 pm, then went to every other Wal-Mart within driving distance after midnight. I ended up selling 17 systems on eBay!
