Hi jnls4,

I think you said it yourself - they may be selling imitations since they are based in China. They are based in Guangzhou City - the fashion capital in China's Guangdong province. The thing is they may actually be one of the companies manufacturing the Ed Hardy clothing line but manufacturing and distribution are 2 different things. This company may have been commissioned by Ed Hardy to produce their line of clothing (seeing that they have a whole range of clothing for buyers to choose from) but they are not licensed to sell these so in the end these pieces are still considered counterfeit.
