Currently experiencing problems with a wholesaler

orders are like up to 10 days late being sent out, I have asked them over and over again to send them, they are going out but in dribs and drabs.

on the plus side, I asked them how I were going, and the term was mentioned, platinum. asked him what he meant, he stated that they have people coming in and reselling on ebay, they last 1 or 2 weeks and disapear, they also have a guy selling excersise equipment, they are slowly running out ( I do them too) but I am the only person selling a number of items from them, I am their biggest ebay reseller.

I had an order for a product, I noticed they had run out of stock and asked when they would get more in, he checked and stated, we have one that we need to send out for one of our customers, we will cancel his order so you can fill your order.

I am not making a fortune yet but its coming, also a lot of problems on the home front as she reckons I spend too much time on the computer.

I feel for you, it's not easy starting a business. My partner is currently setting one up here in Melbourne, and it's 10 hours a day, 7 days a week at the moment.

As for the problems with your wholesaler, it sounds like you need to look for a backup. If they can't pull out all the stops for one of their top sellers (you), then it's probably unlikely they are ever going to be as good as you need them to be.

Feel free to send me or one of the other staff a PM with what you need, and we can find some alternatives. It doesn't hurt to use 2-3 suppliers anyway, as it's always a bit risky relying on just one supplier for your business.

I currently have a number of wholesalers, I mainly deal with 2 but have recently got onto a nation wide company, don't want to let themasses know until I know it work but fudge knows

I also have another 2 that I use randomly now and then, one of them post in their own bags which is a hassle so I get it posted to me and resend them, I only use them when i cannot source the product from elsewhere, my main supplier has started to catch up.

I currently have about 210 items listed but want to increase to 1000, that I feel should pay me a wage, today I made without taking out fees around $200

How are things progressing with that latest supplier AGS, everything still heading in the right direction?

matee, nothing selling yet but I have only put about 10 of their items on, I figure I need to drop to 25% with them, lets face it, I would rather make $20 on a sale then nothing on a missed sale.
