I would have to agreed with paul1978 on all the points he enumerated in his reply. This company does seem dodgy.
I did a whois search and saw that they are located in the US, both their physical address and IP address indicate that they are located there. For your reference, here's a link to their whois search result:

Also, I checked out their physical address on Google Earth (the one they provided on the contact page of their site) and found an Italian restaurant instead (theitaliantaste.co.uk).

Clearly it's time to move on and search for other suppliers.
