Dead Sea Cosmetics - will have success?

We sell cosmetics in the Dead Sea, Israel.

We work with brands like - Ahava, Anna Lotan, Christina, Holy Land, Dr. Kadir, Sea of Spa, Sea of Life, GIGI, Magiray and other.

We consider to open some store for b2b- wholesale or b2c.

We do not have any experience in sales through web.

Is that actual and we will have some clients?

Or maybe cosmetics's best place for sales in offline marketplaces?
