How do I choose 'no returns' on my eBay listings?

I am trying to list a Samsung Smooth cell phone on eBay and I want to have no return policy on it as I stated in the description.

There is a default return policy next the picture of 7 day unconditional money back guarantee. I don't this thing back.

The Create Your Listing page did not give me the option of no returns. How can I change this?

Is this one of the changes eBay has shoved down sellers throats?

I did not list the item but it is ready to go. I did not list it because I do not want to be legally bound for a returned item I don't want returned.

Bottom of the listing page number 1, there is a Return Policy that you can select to either offer returns or not to, just select from the drop down menu there and that should sort it for you.

Of course even not offering a returns policy these days in no guarantee that you won't have drama. If someone pays through PayPal and isn't happy, then you can end up with a dispute filed against and have PayPal refund the buyer anyway.

That's why it's really important to describe any products as accurately as possible and limit the risk of drama somewhere down the road.
