Big problem with dropshipping - NEED HELP NOW'

Okay, So basicly I want to start dropshipping on Ebay.

Let me verify that this is the sales process:

Bidder bids on your auction

Bidder wins auction

Bidder pays seller (me)

With the bidders money, the seller will take his profit and give the rest to the supplier to ship it out to them.

Bidder recieves item.

-OR- Do i need to use my own money to pay the supplier?

Can work either way, but if your buyer is a slow payer, then bare in mind if you are going to use their money, the process could be quite slow, and then that could reflect in their feedback for slow delivery.

I would also always try and confirm with the supplier that the stock levels are adequate for the items you are promoting at all times, or if you back up an already slow process with no product at all, you will be cut to pieces with your feedback!

I personally always do buy it now auctions and only accept PayPal when using a dropshipper. I have a PayPal debit card so as soon as they buy a item I can place the order with my dropshipper and it is usually shipped the same day if ordered before 1pm. If you have a dropshipper that accepts PayPal then you want need a card but they are always nice to have anyway. The reason I don't do the auction style listings with a dropshipper is because if a buyer drags their feet on paying and waits 5 or 6 days that item could become a out of stock!

Some of the best way to sell with dropship companies is to google adwords.You need to figure out which keywords to use and know how much your competition is paying.You can buy a program to spy on your competition and know where and how much they are paying to advertise on google.Another is dropshipdesign why? because you can take off all the products you want and leave a category such as medical supplies.and you can add your own products.So you fax hospitals doctor offices and nursing homes.Leave your medicakl supplies and fragrances and other categorys which woman seem to buy.Second you can add your own products.If you have nursing pins nursing watches shoes whatever,you put that on your website.

If you use google adwords you are directing products to people who are looking for such things..such as home theaters.
