You can use html code for your listing to create your own look and feel, and if you can't do html yourself, there are plenty that offer the service. In fact you can even get some ebay templates that require no html at all, but for total creativity, you would be better of getting your own template designed.
Once you have your code ready to go, you can upload to the listing with the link provided on ebay, found on the top left of the item description section.
If you are going to be selling in high volume, then a shop layout will also give you some flexibility in the area of design, and shop fronts always give you credibility as well.
