I bought 30 MP4 players in China and it was seized by US Custom I dont know the reason, I have a seizure number, can I recover them?

i lost 30 pair of nike shox through US customs and there was nothing i could do about it. you can file some sort of deal where you can try to get them back but good luck. you most likely just lost your money :? Make sure to not import anything fake to the same address ever again or they will put criminal charges on you and possibly put you into federal prison.

Were they iPod clones? Where did you buy from? Any information you can share so we can avoid the same fate will be appreciated.

Yes they were as ipods, it play music and video, I bought from March Technology.

I have the seizure number and telephone of US CUSTOM , if any body can help me recover this MP4 I will appreciate very much and I promise I can reward them with 200 usd wired via PAYPAL.

I am very nervous because I owe the money that I payed to March Technology. Please help me. I live in Mexico and I think it will be easier to some American person to claim to the US CUSTOM.

Call them up, give them all your information and tell them what the problem was. Tell them that when you bought the ipods they were listed as genuine. Give them all of the companys contact information as well as the website where the ipods were. Tell them that since they're fake you don't want them and tell them to send them back to the seller (because they won't send them to you). If you're a good convincer then they might actually send them back to the seller. When i contacted them about my nikes i ordered they said that there was nothing I could do even if it was for a good cause, because they had already destroyed them. Good luck to you!

I've heard bad things about that company. I was reading on the net, in a forum like this, about a guy who bought $5000 worth of Nokia phones and customs destroyed them because they were fake!

They sent me a price list and almost everything on there was fake. They rate their fakes as A or A+, counterfeiting memory cards, cell phones, bluetooth headsets, phones, and more.
