Well, you can remit2india, has the option of a 'paypal transfer'. You can transfer funds from your paypal account through remit2india into his account...
Also they offer the option of using a credit card to pay for the goods..
If it were be and I was determined to make the purchase, I would use the credit card for my payment and do that through paypal..At least that way you could do a charge back on your credit card if the transaction goes south...
I couldn't find anything on google bad about remit2india on fraud, however you have to keep in mind that basically they are just like paypal, western union or any other entity used for sending money,,that is, they are just the 'bank'. they aren't involved in determining if you get your product or not...remit2india does offer a guarantee of your payment with receipt, but that does not guarantee that the seller is going to ship your product...
Obviously if paypal is doing money transfers with them the entity itself (remit2india) is legit. But Western Union is legit too,,,,,but neither of them can assure that the seller is legit and will deliver your product..All they guarantee is that they will deliver your money to the seller....After that if you don't receive your product you are not going to have much recourse...
