Need new account on ebay or not?

hello,

I currently have my account on ebay with over 25 feedback (no negative nor neutral) and almost all the goods i purchased from ebay is clothing but since i wanna start selling clothing brands on ebay i confused if i will need a new account since all my customers can see what i have purchased and maybe they will think that i am buying from ebay, add profit and sell it on ebay again so maybe they wouldt buy from me unless they are really want to ? just wanted to know if its a bad idea using my old account or do i really have a new account ?

It's a good idea to get a new account so that your buyers can't see the price you purchased the item for that they are bidding on. Lots of eBay sellers do this - some even have 3 or 4 different accounts for different products.

This is a found strategy. I actually use 3 accounts commonly. But ive sold so many items and bought so many items with my accounts I dont pay much attention. Another is to not leave feedback to your seller. Most wont leave you feedback unless you give it to them first. That way the purchase wont be seen in your feedback.

That's what I do. I have 3 accounts. Two of which I use for buying and selling and the third strictly just for selling. All you need is basically a new email address, you can keep all the rest of your info if you want,,address, credit card number, etc..

Keep in mind that for a new account with zero feedback, that you may have some limits placed on your account until you get your feedback up to at least 10....

Yeah I have to agree. You can quickly build feedback on a new account by selling usefull information for a penny. You can usually build up to 100 feedbacks or more very quickly.
