nope! just signed up with them, seems they were offering me a $15 discount for purchasing a PSP at $0, the only payment they accept is wire transfer (they seem dodgy enough so don't go there!) and when you click on 'shipping and payment' it says 'you are not authorisd to view this resource'

The camera has a retail value of $730 (or something). They sell it to you for -$41, so you save $771. What an awesome deal!
