Advice for 'proof' that you got fakes for your paypal case.
1. get the weight of 10 Playstations
add the weight of the box and packaging you got, minus the shoes
That gives you what the approx. weight of the true items ordered would be.
2. get the documented weight of the product and goods you recieved. This should show on the label or tracking information.
3. Give them both to paypal to show that there is no way that what you actually were sent was the product you ordered. In combination with the pictures of your actual contents received I would think this is a good start to proving your case.
Just a thought. I would highly doubt the scammer paid for shipping 10 playstations on a box that weighed a small fraction of that.
Paypal has always sided with the buyer in my experience when I ran my old business (non-ebay).
Also, make sure you spell correctly and use proper 'business' language in all of your correspondence with them. Using 'net lingo will not get you very far in matters related to business.
Just some thoughts from prior experience!
