It looks to me like it's the same sort of trade site as 'alibaba' and 'tradekey'. You would have to be very very careful in making a determination as to wether or not to do business with any of their suppliers...
After browsing through some of the listings, I see alot of the same sellers that are selling through both tradekey and alibaba and as everyone knows those site are full of scammers....
That being said, If you do the proper research you can find reliable sellers on all of these sites. I use sellers from both alibaba and tradekey. But they were hard to find. I only used the ones that accept secure payment types and who were willing to provide a sample product. I also made it a point to converse through email to see how fast they would reply to my questions and follow up after sample orders....
Buying from china can be very tricky, but once you find a good supplier it can be well worth all the trouble...
