Good to hear that some other ebayers are also getting on board, unfortunate that they have also been stung by him, but at least it's more ammunition.
I'm confident that I exhausted the outsiders route to having him shut down on ebay, they just show no interest at all and give you nothing but the party line.
It took me three weeks of waiting to get my response, and that was only after I tried live support 4 TIMES, each time being told that they would put a priority listing on it, which according to them means that the message is responded to within 24 hours.
It's the biggest load of garbage, they wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor, they wouldn't give me a phone number....indicating that they did not accept complaints by phone, only email!
We need an actual item number to report, it's the only way to get any sort of headway with these guys.
This member, I'm assuming that she didn't in fact receive her order at all?
If so, have they filed a dispute with ebay as yet?
Interesting to hear that ppwdg turned up on some fraud list, would be nice to learn more about what is going on there, but it sounds promising that some legal action may well be in process.
I'll PM you my direct email, feel free to pass that on to anyone else from ebay that responds and I'll put their information together with what I already have to keep the file complete.
