I did some background search on Buzzirk Mobile, they're actually a really new company offering both mobile phone units and service. They are made up of 3 companies, namely:
Global Verge - the Direct Marketing Component
Buzzirk Mobile - the Mobile company that provides the service and Zero provides the infrastructure.
Zero is a wholly owned sub of a Billion Dollar Company, United Technology Group who was one of a conglomerate group who won the auction of AWS - Advanced Wireless Service.
They must have contacted you for possible distributorship. Their site as well as business will formally launch on July 2009, I suggest you try and visit their site to learn more about their products (you'll find details of the available phone units there) and services, here's the link:
