Newchic supplier review needed

Hello SaleHoo team and others,

I am intrested in Newchic's product range and their droppshipping program. They are a clothing supplier and have their own webpage which they sell directly to customers. Out of curiosity I checked their Facebook page. Unfortunately the page was loaded with lots of unhappy customer's comments asking about refunds and complaining about delays or missing shipments. Their answers to those comments didn't seem sufficient (mostly copying the same standard answer to all of them). While I still find their products and drop shipping program interesting, this has really concerened me. It is understandable to have a 2 months transport time from China to EU- US, but what is not understandable is all these people complaining about not getting their refunds .

Would it be safe to work with Newchic ?

Sorry to hear that. Here is our refund policy:

The refund usually can be returned back to the payment account of customers within 72h if the customer paid by PayPal Express checkout. If the customer paid by credit card or other payment account, the bill can be refunded according to the rule of the payment account.

As a dropshipper in Newchic, usually the parcel can be delivered within 12 business days by priority direct mail. Even if the parcel shipped by flat shipping, usually the parcel can be delivered within 25 business days. If the customer don't receive the parcel after 25 business days, our agent servicer would solve this problem as you asked.
