How to filter "Dropshippers Only" on SaleHoo directory

well, Marc, Salehoo has "improved" the MRL, so the options on the screenshot no longer apply. Please put up a new screenshot for us noobs out here...

There has been changes to the screen shots. Its not user friendly and the filters do not work.

Yes, the directory has been updated recently. I've checked the filters myself just now and found no issues, can you be more specific as to which filters in particular aren't working for you so I can look further into that for you please.

Regarding not being user friendly. You can submit feedback directly to our development team with any suggestions you have on improving it by selecting the red feedback tab on the far right of screen and they will consider your suggestions.

I click "Clothing & Fashion" then click the "dropshippers" menu..comes back "0 suppliers." It won't allow me to screen shot it for you.

Do you have any of the other filters set at all?

I've just done a search for Fashion & Clothing with all the filters set to default, apart from selecting dropship supplier only and have got the following results

Children's Clothing (34)

Designer & Branded Clothing (16)

Infants & Toddlers (12)

Men's Clothing (53)

Other Clothing Accessories (75)

Uniforms (11)

Women's Clothing (72)

I'll pass it through to support to double check for you as well, but that's what I get with my search.

Not quite sure as to what is happening exactly from your end but I ran a test search based on the category and supplier type you mentioned in your post and the directory is work just fine. The search doesnt seem to want to work properly, no matter what i select to find dropshipping i come back with no results, please help

Hi Stuart,

I just tested clothes dropshippers with no other filters selected and got plenty of results.

What filters are you using, apart from the supplier filter?

Good morning Mark,and thank you for your reply, here is a picture of what i mean, i try to search suppliers just by using your search fucntions, just to get an idea of who is where, offers dropshipping etc

Looking at that, it looks like the problem relates to the Region Filter, as I can see you have Europe selected when there are no dropshipping results. I'll report this to the tech team when the office opens on Monday morning NZ time and get them to take a look at the issue for you.
