Trying to research this company and wondered if anyone's had any experience with them.I'll appreciate any feedback I can get.

Hi Robin,

I have used this suppplier in the past i would stay well away from this supplier with a nine foot pole (lol) i have had an issue with them where i made a mistake on my part i sold a korean jacket from them and which i picked the wrong size and color my fault which is fine i spoke to them to they said instead of returning the item they asked for me to pay an extra $15 to get a replacement color and size i made it very clear in my support ticket what color and size i wanted

but they still sent the wrong size i wanted to get a full refund but only been offered $15 dollar refund til this day never recieved this refund so i wouldnt recommend them.

Thanks it sure does help! I'm looking for a source for Chinese electronics and I found this one by accident. I did get a message from Rachel from Salehoo that they were not listed in the directory and to be careful. Glad to hear from someone who has actually tried them. Thanks again for your feedback.

Hi Robin,
Here are a few things we found out about this company.
1. This company is not in our directory listing for SaleHoo
2. They started - 2008-11-23
3. Registered IP - Zurich - Zurich - Rook Media Gmbh
4. The bigger question is that they registered their IP in Zurich or Queensland but their address would not be mentioned anywhere in the site.
5. They only indicated that the timezone would be in Beijing Time.
They also accept safe payment methods such as Paypal and major credit cards, meaning you can get your money back fairly easily if something goes wrong.
However, please note that we cannot guarantee the safety of any suppliers outside SaleHoo

i have experience with focal price. The shipping takes forever and what i bought often had bad quality.

But they have a wide range of goods.

Thanks Steinar! Have you had any experience with any other Chinese suppliers? I'm looking for a decent supplier of non branded phones and electronics. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
