Focalprice.com - are they a legitimate dropshipper?

Can anyone please tell me if this is a legitimate dropshipper? This company was recommended to me.

When trying to access their website It comes up: The page cannot be found

All of them had sent me the items, free shipping usually takes minimum 2 weeks to maximum 8 weeks

Hope this helps. :) i do need a drop shipper to have provide me a reliable shipping timming to my country or worldwide which allow me to put it on sell and recieve a trusted/recomended review from the customer... this is very important for my requirement in my website

As with any other service, if you're opting for free you may have to make tradeoffs in quality (in the case of shipping, meaning the time it takes to get your order.) If you want it within a certain timeframe, you're almost certainly going to have to be willing to pay for expedited processing and shipping.

It seems that its site has some sort of geographical or IP restriction because I can't reach their website at: Link hidden: Login to view.

I also sent them an email asking for this weird situation, but at least somebody is confirming that they're still working. Hope they can reply me with some logical explanation.
