Tradestead.com - Has anyone dealt with them? Are they legit?

Hi all,

I found tradestead.com as a dropshipper here on salehoo.

Their website looks great and have great products.I particularly have question on Ipads they have on their website.

Are they legit ones like we find in Apple stores? Can one do business with no worries?

Although I haven't bought from this supplier, I know a few members who have. Please visit the supplier's profile page and check out the reviews left by members who bought from this supplier:

Since they are based in Hong Kong, it would be safe to say yes, these iPad tablets are legit. But I would suggest you try asking them more about it clear you mind of any worries. I'll try to email them too for you and get back to you as soon as I receive their reply :)

In case you plan on using them as a dropshipper please take note of the policy below to avoid any confusion:

Tradestead will do its best to protect the interests of credit card and online payment account owners. For credit card and PayPal payments, Tradestead ships to confirmed billing addresses only. Buyers with verifiable credit record, or who have purchased from Tradestead previously can choose other shipping addresses. If Tradestead is unable to verify the shipping address and the buyer has never purchased from Tradestead before, the order may be automatically cancelled after a few working days and the payment will be fully refunded immediately via the original form of payment.

As Richelle has mentioned, pay attention to their drop shipping policy though. Tradestead ships to confirmed billing addresses only, and if this is not satisfied the order may get cancelled.

Tradestead cancelled my order today , there are 4 following reasons.. But I made everything legal and can't understand why they are make this.

I was ordered a usb mousepad with airmail shipment..

I've send an email to their customer service for why cancelled my order, when the answer comes to me , I'm publish the answer ..

Hi Saglam,

Did you dropship with them? They are very particular about dropshipping especially for first timers.

If this is your first time buying from Tradestead your billing address and your delivery address has to match otherwise your order will be canceled automatically. For credit card and PayPal payments, Tradestead ships to confirmed billing addresses only.

Yes I want to dropship with them and my billing & delivery address matched (When I fill the affiliate form I was write the same in tradestead)

The reason to cancelling was they don't accept paypal payments and accept only western union or T/T payings..

What is your thought about the accepted payments ?

Hi Saglam,

I just did a trial order and they do accept PayPal. They accept credit card/PayPal payments for orders that ship to confirmed billing addresses only.

I know you are talking about Tradestead :) It is stated in their FAQ section that they only accept PayPal payments from PayPal accounts with confirmed addresses.

The eBay help link I included mentions how you can confirm your PayPal billing address since Tradestead will only accept PayPal payments for confirmed billing addresses. Here are other links that may help -
