This is a Joomla based Content Managed Site. Joomla is a free Web site package for running & administering your own site. i.e you can set up a slick looking site very quickly. Given that one of the products on the right side bar is an Apple iPhone that hasn't even been released yet.. I'd be wary. It's quite possible however, that the owner is still playing around/setting it up
