Incorrect shipping method using DHgate

Hi,

I have placed my first order on DHgate (test order of 10 items) and although the shipping price difference between DHL (what I requested and what I have been charged for) and EMS is only $20, the order query suggests the shipment has been handled by EMS.

Am I misreading this as I thought that EMS was only the internal service to China. Is the shipment handled by your specified company thereafter?

Could someone please clarify?

a lot of sellers do this. most sellers on dhgate offer many shipping companys, but always ship with a certain one. always pick the cheapest shipping price. also, the usually use EMS because you have a lesser rate for your items being seized through customs.
