Hi shitaye80
The first thing you really need to understand about Liquidation.com is that they aren't liquidators in the true sense of the word. What you will find there is not a single trading entity, but multiple trading entities all selling their stock through the service that Liquidation provides.
That doesn't mean it's a bad thing, but what it does mean is that you really have to focus your research on the supplier that you are looking at purchasing through. You'll find excellent suppliers there and you'll find, well, some not so excellent ones as well.
Liquidation.com is also a bidding format, so it can be very dangerous for the inexperienced trader. Easy to let yourself get carried away with your bidding and end up paying too much after all the associated costs have been factored in.
Research the supplier well, research the products and prices well against the market you will be selling in to ensure you have an accurate value, remembering to include costs such as Liquidation.com's commission, as well as shipping.
There are genuine liquidators you can purchase from in the US at a set price per load. This means that it makes it easy to do the maths upfront. To ship internationally, you could look at Titan Liquidations and Topper International, both members of our directory.
You could also look at via trading in California, I'm more than happy to recommend them. First class company to do business with.
Now as you are in Melbourne, we don't have the same liquidation structure here, however you can source these types of products from larger auction houses.
Check out around your local area, just keep an eye on the weekend papers, you'll find details of local auctions there.
Cheers
